Westhope Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide residential care to adults with learning difficulties. We cater for those with physical disabilities in 3 separate care homes: Westhope Mews, Westhope Place and Westhope Lodge.
All the homes are within walking distance of the town centre of Horsham, West Sussex and provide spacious en-suite bedrooms and communal facilities that better the minimum standards as set out by CQC and the Care Standards Act.
Our aim is to provide a home which offers a safe, comfortable environment, which supports and encourages Service User’s to fulfil their potential within an individual Person Centred Plan.
